These Terms and Conditions govern the use of coaching services provided by Hannah Barry Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for and participating in our coaching programs, you ("the Client") agree to these terms.
1. Disclaimer & Liability
1.1. Personal Responsibility: The Client acknowledges that participation in any fitness or nutrition coaching program is at their own risk.
1.2. Medical Disclaimer: The Client should seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, exercise, or nutrition program. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1.3. Liability for Injury: Hannah Barry Coaching is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health conditions arising from participation in any coaching program, exercise regimen, or nutritional guidance provided.
1.4. Damage to Equipment or Property: We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or malfunction of gym equipment or any property resulting from participation in our coaching programs.
2. Contract & Cancellation Policy
2.1. Minimum Commitment Period:
All coaching plans require a minimum commitment of four (4) months from the date of enrollment.
During this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and full payment must be made.
2.2. Rolling Contract:
After the initial four-month period, the contract will automatically convert into a rolling monthly contract unless canceled with proper notice.
2.3. Notice of Termination:
Clients must provide 30 days' calendar notice to terminate the contract.
If a Client cancels within this 30-day period, they will be liable to pay one full month's notice fee.
2.4. Payment Obligations:
All payments are non-refundable.
Failure to make payments may result in termination of coaching services and legal action to recover outstanding fees.
3. Client Obligations
3.1. Honest Reporting:
The Client must provide accurate and honest information regarding their health, medical conditions, and fitness levels.
3.2. Adherence to Guidance:
The Client is responsible for following the coaching plans provided, including training recommendations, nutritional guidance, and check-in procedures.
3.3. Respect & Communication:
The Client agrees to communicate respectfully with Hannah Barry Coaching and follow all program guidelines.
4. Amendments & Governing Law
4.1. Modifications to Terms:
Hannah Barry Coaching reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
By signing up for Hannah Barry Coaching, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
