What does a Full Journey look like?

  • 1. You enquire, and we get a call booked in to discuss your background and goals.

    Taking a leap like this can feel intimidating so i want you to get to know me.

  • 2. I put your personalised programmes together.

    Everything with my coaching is totally bespoke and made by myself (Hannah Barry) With over 12 years experience I have worked with people all over the world.

  • 3. I send you a lengthy voice note explaining everything and the science behind your nutrition.

    Its important you understand why ive given you certain things and my expectations of your journey.

  • 4. We begin building routine. eventually this will feel totally natural to you and you will fall in love with it!

    This is where you start feeling changes.

  • 5. We check in weekly, build a relationship, and watch your progress.

    Check ins keep you accountable and supported.

  • 6. By this point you are making significant amounts of progression.

    I Will help you manage your social events so you can enjoy them and stay on track.

  • 7. Once you reach the end of the deficit, we begin a reverse diet.

    You are not meant to be in a calorie deficit forever. as a coach my goal is that you either then want to take on new goals, or you can maintain your results forever.

  • 8. Reverse diet is complete

    Your calories are now higher and you can maintain your weight on these. Here we can switch back to a more intuitive approach to eating or take your body composition to the next level…

  • 9. We may set more preformance based goals here

    By this point your strength is going to have significantly increased, but you may want more muscle for which I will guide you through. as this can be mentally challenging to do alone.

  • 10. You're now a gym veteran and you lift heavy weights, with good form, have a great relationship with food and you wish you started sooner.
